1. Return & Exchange Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return for eligible items. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and protective films intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Intimate care products
- Grooming and personal care items (if seal is broken)
- Automatic air freshener refills (if opened)
- Items purchased during a Clearance or "Final Sale" event
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product (such as a watch or glasses) arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Note: We may require photos or a short video of the defect to process your claim efficiently.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item: Velvet Glamora will cover all shipping costs for replacements.
- Change of Mind/Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and the shipping cost of the new item.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Store Credit: Issued as a voucher code (Fastest option).
- Original Payment Method: Processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Velvet Glamora reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
